MD Automotive really came through for me. I brought my vehicle in with an issue, and they took care of it quickly and professionally. The team was knowledgeable, straightforward, and kept me informed instead of leaving me guessing. What stood out the most was how honest and respectful they were. No unnecessary repairs, no pressure, just good work and great customer service. Definitely a shop I feel comfortable recommending to friends and family. You’ve earned a customer for life!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. My 2019 toyota corolla has had the check engine light with the TRAC light on during certain speeds. I had an incident where the car wouldn't start after filling my tank with gas and then had a slow start. My battery was checked by both AAA and Interstate Batteries who said it was good. I went to this auto shop with the hope they would run the diagnostic ($148.50) and tell me the problem. Instead I left my car overnight, being told it would be done in the morning. Instead, I arrived the next day at 3pm and was told they were still running the diagnostic. I was then told that they ran "half the diagnostic" and recommended that I replace the spark plugs and clean the throttle (~$350). At which point, they would give me back the car and see if the check engine light would go away. If it came back, I was to bring the car back for them to continue with the diagnostic and if they found more items needing repair I would have to pay for those at that time. I immediately knew this was wrong and paid the diagnostic fee and left. I went down the street to Midtown Auto Service who kindly explained to me that a full diagnostic helps pinpoint the ex

I've been a customer here for about a year. For small fixes they were quick and polite. However, when it came to my check engine light coming on they attempted to scam me! The mechanic told me that I needed a new transmission that would cost over $5000! I went to two other mechanics to check and the problem was simply a sensor that needed changing. I'm so disappointed, and I will NEVER return again. Be safe out there and go somewhere else!

I do not recommend this place. It felt like a complete rip-off. They tried to convince me to pay for a diagnostic test even though my check engine light wasn’t on and there were no signs indicating a diagnostic was needed. It seemed like an attempt to charge me for unnecessary services. I paid to have my A/C recharged, but as soon as I left the parking lot, it was blowing warm air just like it was before. When I called to speak with the manager, he said, “I told you to get a diagnostic first.” However, there were no prior issues suggesting that a diagnostic was necessary before the A/C service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business.

Scammers disguised as mechanics!!! I wouldn’t let these people wash my car after the past 2 months of spending over 4k in repairs. First off, they don’t include their “diagnostic” fee with your repair cost if you decide to let them “fix” your problem. They still charge you the diagnostic fee on top of the repair cost, which most shops put that fee towards your balance paid. I came in with oil consumption problems and instead of checking to see what was the root cause, they kept “fixing” the symptoms of the problem instead of looking into what was causing the problem. After they replaced a trans leak, they somehow did not remember to add trans fluid back into the car. I had to do it myself. Which should have been my sign to never use these guys again. Then after they replaced a thermostat, my radiator hose immediately began leaking coolant which it did not before the repair. When I took it back, did they insist on fixing it? No they charged me for a new hose replacement. Said they would only charge me for the part but the bill came out to about $400. What hose cost $400?? As far as my oil consumption problem, that was never fixed or addressed. They just charged me an arm and a l
